
To support the Children and Families Act (CAF) 2014, the Council for Disabled Children has produced the following template letters can be used for professionals, families and young people in writing letters to address issues they may be experiencing around the EHC planning process.
The template letters have not been prepared for circumstances where parents or young people wish to challenge a decision or exercise their rights of appeal as they should be referred to specialist advice and support in those circumstances.
